I have worked with several contractors over the years some good, some meh, some downright bad. Only a few have been truly great. Genco is one of the few. They were great! From start to finish. Came out to the site, did a thorough evaluation of the situation, provided us with a VERY reasonable quote. Left us with various marketing materials, AND contract examples, liability insurance information, workers comp info. etc. Perfect
